Is was to hard to put in my hand the opening is a bit too small, works great tho
This is a decent wrist strengthener, but it's pretty tight and has no way of adjusting the tension. But for the price it's decent. Not for beginners.
I honestly don’t know what to think of this equipment. First of all, it did not provide any instructions at all on how to properly use it so that you don’t hurt yourself doing it wrong and more than one way to use it. I have to go search for it myself by finding similar tools so that I have a guide. I didn’t realize that you have to do a little maneuvering in order to get the right form in your hands. You slipped your hand in between the bottom arch and middle part then slip back out to grab the heavy duty plastic handle. This is very stiff especially for a beginner although it says you can adjust the rubber in the middle to get your right bend. I used this for 2 days and unfortunately I had to stop. My inside forearm started to bruise since this is the part you use as a lever in order to move the wrist or bend the wrist. Both forearms, left and right, started showing the bruise and I feel like someone grabbed me. The handle which you grab on top is very hard and it should be covered with or made with rubber so it is easier on the hands or fingers too.Overall I would say this still needs a lot of improvement to be effective and helpful if you want to achieve the strengthening levels it is intended for.
This is an interesting contraption. It does indeed stretch and work out your forearms. I wasn’t too thrilled however over the way it rests on your arm when you are using it. It is a bit uncomfortable and even more the more you use it. For the price it is good at what it’s designed for. I only wish there was a way to adjust the resistance.
I had wrist surgery and bought this to rehab. But I couldn’t move it - even on lowest setting. Now I realize 2 months later that it’s just not designed for a woman to rehab. Prob only strong male could use it:(
